2. What we collect

  • When you request the training: your first name, your email address, your preferred training language and the language of the page.
  • Evidence of your consent: the exact consent text shown, the date and time, and your browser’s user agent.
  • A one-way hashed version of your IP address (we never store the IP address itself), used for abuse prevention.
  • If present: campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) and the referring page.
  • The date and language of each training download.

3. Why we collect it

  • To give you access to the training you requested.
  • To send you occasional emails about AI, Microsoft 365 and security, with your consent. You can unsubscribe anytime.
  • To prevent abuse and spam, and to keep evidence of your consent.

4. Cookies and tracking

We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies, and no third-party analytics. A single functional cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) remembers your language choice if you switch languages. The sign-up form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical data to tell humans from bots.

5. Retention

We keep your information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and in any case no longer than [TO BE CONFIRMED] after your last interaction. Download links expire after 7 days.

6. Where your information is hosted

Your information is stored with Supabase (database) in the {{SUPABASE_REGION}} region. The site is hosted by Vercel. These providers act as our service providers under contract.
